Troubleshooting

Fix the common failures.

The wrong routine was suggested

Check whether another routine is pinned. Then review its weekday and local time schedule. You can always change the routine before starting.

A departure prompt did not arrive

Review notifications, location, saved location, monitoring and travel mode. A current receipt for the same routine suppresses duplicate prompts.

An NFC tag did not match

Keep the expected item open and scan its linked NDEF tag in the foreground. Unknown, copied, malformed and wrong item tags record nothing.

Apple Home is unavailable

Review Home permission, accessory reachability and refresh time. The app reads compatible lock state but never controls an accessory. Refresh to request a fresh reading. Use manual tap if the accessory cannot be read.

A Live Activity or widget is old

Open the exact active routine. Canceling, completing or replacing a routine ends its Live Activity. Widgets show their last update time.

Plus is missing

Choose Restore purchases and allow the App Store to finish. Pending approval and billing retry outside grace remain Free.

iCloud is not synchronizing

Check iCloud account state, membership, network and the last successful sync. Offline item actions stay local until the app can reconcile them.

Watch is waiting for iPhone

Keep the original action queued. Reconnect both devices and open the iPhone app. Replayed identifiers are ignored. NFC, photos and Apple Home continue on iPhone.
