Export and delete.

Share a receipt

Open Activity and a receipt, then prepare a protected PDF. Photographs stay redacted unless you include one explicitly.

Export check history

Open Settings, Privacy and storage, then Prepare check history (CSV) and Export check history (CSV). The spreadsheet file includes dates, person labels, properties, routines, items, methods and notes. Photograph files remain separate.

Delete local data

Delete all local data removes routines, sessions, receipts, photographs, temporary exports, widget and Live Activity snapshots, and the Watch queue. This cannot be undone.

Delete owned iCloud data

Use the separate owned iCloud deletion action. It deletes properties you created and stops their shares. A partial failure remains visible.

Leave shared properties

Use Leave shared properties to remove access to properties another person owns. CloudKit ownership stays with the share creator.
