These terms cover your use of the Carrylist app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
Carrylist helps a household keep track of what each child needs to take with them, what has been packed, and whether a bag has left. It is a record of what you tell it. It is not a safety system and does not check anything in the physical world. It cannot know what is actually in a bag.
Carrylist is free for one adult on their own devices, with no limit on children, bags or items. Carrylist Household is a subscription, monthly or yearly, that adds sharing with one other adult through iCloud. The household has one subscription. The invited adult doesn't need a separate subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
When the owner's subscription ends, sharing with the other adult stops. The owner's lists stay on their device and solo use continues for free.
What you put into Carrylist is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to carrylist@thesmios.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Carrylist is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Carrylist in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
