Open Household and tap "Invite the other adult". You both need to be signed in to iCloud with your own Apple Accounts. One Carrylist Household subscription covers both adults. The person you invite doesn't need a subscription.
Check that both devices have an internet connection and are signed in to iCloud. Changes made offline wait on the device until it reconnects. Check the sync message in Carrylist for any updates still waiting or actions to retry.
Open a bag, then "Scan a list", and photograph the page flat and well lit. Carrylist reads the page on your device. Correct the words, select the items you want and tap Add. Carrylist doesn't save a copy of the photograph.
Open the bag, then "Skip days and add a one-off item". You can take the bag off today's list, mark a school break so it stays off between two dates, or add something needed on one date only, such as a passport. Skipped days are shown in the household record so the other adult can see why a bag is missing.
Carrylist can remind you 30 minutes before a bag leaves if something is still unpacked. In a bag with items marked essential, only those count. Setup offers the reminder when you choose the departure time, and your device then asks whether Carrylist may send notifications. You can turn reminders off, or back on, in Carrylist's Settings. If you said no to notifications, change it in Settings on your device under Notifications. A reminder never names your child or the item unless you switch on detailed previews.
A bag with nothing in it shows "Add what goes in it". Tap what the bag usually holds, type anything that isn't offered and press return to type the next one, then tap Add. In a bag that already has items, open the bag and use "Add an item" at the bottom of its list.
Open Household, tap the child and make your changes. Tap Save to keep them.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Carrylist Household to manage or cancel it. When the subscription ends, sharing stops and the owner's lists stay on their device.
In Carrylist, open Settings and tap "Delete all Carrylist data". Read the confirmation before continuing. Deletion cannot be undone.
