Apple handles payment, cancellation and refund decisions for every MarkThatDown Pro purchase, whether annual, monthly or lifetime. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not perform as promised.
